Publications Page

You have the option of having the Publications page be Visible or Hidden (the default is Hidden). To make the Publications page Visible from your web site click the Make it Visible link directly under the heading. To make it Hidden again, click the Make it Hidden link.

You can view, add, edit and delete your Publications, as well as, manage links to your Artists and Exhibitions for a particular publication. Note: the order that the Publications are displayed is the order that they will appear on your web site’s Publications Page.

Add a new Publications

On the Publications Admin page, click Add a new Publication:

• Title
• Publication Date: Publications with more recent Publication Dates appear at the top of the Publications list
• Display Date: this date appears after the Title on the listing and publication's pages. If no specific date is entered, the year is displayed
• Description: either type the Description text or copy and paste from another source
• Image: upload an image of the cover

Once you are finished entering information, click Save. You will be returned to the Publications Admin page. If you do not wish to save your information/changes, click Cancel.

Edit/Delete a Publication

On the Publications Admin page, click the Edit Item link under the Title of the Publication you would like to Edit/Delete:

• Edit Publication: on the Publication Edit page, once you are finished making changes, click Save. You will be returned to the Publications Admin page. If you do not wish to save your changes, click Cancel
• Delete Publication: on the Publication Edit page, click the Delete button and click Yes to confirm

Add a Link to Artists/Exhibitions

Use the Manage Links to Artists/Exhibitions column to create/remove links to specific Artists or Exhibitions on your web site:

• On the Publications Admin page, click Edit Links
• On the Publications: Associated Artists and Exhibitions page, use the checkboxes to associate the proper Artists and/or Exhibitions with this Publication.

Once you are finished choosing Artists/Exhibitions, click Save. You will be returned to the Publications Admin page. If you do not wish to save your associations, click Cancel.

Remove a Link to Artists/Exhibitions

• On the Publications Admin page, click Edit Links
• Uncheck the Artists/Exhibtions you want to remove

Once you are finished removing Artists/Exhibitions, click Save. You will be returned to the Publications Admin page. If you do not wish to save your changes, click Cancel.
